It's very expensive from what I understand. I've heard hong kong is the coolest oriental country to visit. Yes, its more tourist friendly and English is more widely spoken than Japan and China.

Even japan and china have different cultural backgrounds. Yeah but they all kind of look the same. What do thousands of years of culture mean. Why differentiate? Well we look like British, Canadian, Frence, German, Swedish, Dutch, Irish and all the other western European countries! Doesn't mean we are all the same though, same applies for those with the oriental look. And if you look at a Japanese and Chinese person you can notice how they look slightly different from each other.

Do you mean you look like that. Because I look more Korean. Actually I am Korean-American so I was confused as to what oriental culture meant. Yes you're right, we do look different too.

She was just assuming you were caucasian, which is a pretty safe bet in a message board. No real horrible fault of her own.
